Craniosacral therapy packages
For coaching, sessions are most effective when scheduled weekly or every other week. These tighter expiration windows are designed to keep the container potent, allowing momentum to build and the work to integrate deeply.
For craniosacral therapy, there is more flexibility. Some people use sessions close together to support a specific healing process, while others prefer to space them out as maintenance. Longer expiration windows for craniosacral packages reflect this range of use while still encouraging steady engagement.
I understand that life happens. If an unexpected circumstance arises, please reach out and we can discuss options together on a case-by-case basis. Open communication is key. What I cannot honor are situations where sessions are left unscheduled, communication stops, or packages are treated like credit to be used “someday.” In those cases, the package will be considered forfeit.
A coaching package is a container for self-discovery and growth. It’s an investment in yourself and a commitment to giving your process the time and space it deserves. When you enter a package, you’re saying yes to showing up for this work with presence and consistency.
To help you get the most out of your sessions, I ask that you:
These guidelines are here to support the momentum and depth of the work we’re doing together. My commitment is to meet you fully in that container, offering steady support and care as you move through your process.
All new clients begin with a complimentary discovery call. On that call, we’ll explore your needs, talk through the different types of sessions, and decide together which package is the best fit. From there, you’ll be able to use my scheduling page to book your sessions at times that work for you.
I ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This helps keep the flow of work consistent and allows me to offer your time to someone else if needed. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed without communication, will be deducted from your package. If you’d like to complete your package after a missed session, you’re welcome to purchase an additional single session.
Because this work is highly individual, I choose to work with each person through an intentional process. For that reason, coaching packages are generally non-transferable once they’ve been started. However, if you have a 6- or 12-session coaching package and at least three sessions remain unused, I’m open to discussing a transfer — as long as the new person begins with a discovery call.
Craniosacral therapy packages may be transferable, provided the new recipient first schedules a discovery call. Packages that are already partially used cannot be shared or split between multiple people.
Packages are non-refundable. When you purchase a package, you are choosing to invest in yourself and in a committed body of work. This policy is a safeguard of accountability — it helps prevent cold feet and backpedaling, and ensures the container we step into together is strong and clear from the start. Please choose thoughtfully and understand the commitment you’re making before purchasing.
I also understand that truly unexpected circumstances can arise (such as medical emergencies or other significant life events). In such cases, please reach out and we can discuss options together on a case-by-case basis.
For coaching packages, I recommend scheduling weekly or bi-weekly whenever possible. This rhythm keeps the container tight and the work potent, allowing momentum to build. After completing a package, follow-up sessions can be scheduled as needed.
For craniosacral therapy packages, there is more flexibility. Some people choose to schedule sessions close together when working through a specific issue, while others spread them out over time as maintenance. Both approaches are welcome, as long as the sessions are used within the package’s expiration window.
This is possible only in the Integrative Coaching Packages, which are designed with extra time to weave in modalities like craniosacral therapy, breathwork, or guided practices.
